Psalm 125
Brenton Septuagint Translation
Chapter overview
Psalm 125 compares trusting people to immovable Mount Zion and surrounding protection to Jerusalem's mountains. Oppressive rule will not remain forever; integrity is encouraged, crooked paths are rejected, and peace concludes the prayer.

4Turn, O Lord, our captivity, as the streams in the south.
5They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6They went on and wept as they cast their seeds; but they shall surely come with exultation, bringing their sheaves with them.
