Job 25
Darby Translation
Chapter overview
Bildad gives a short final speech on God's dominion and the numberless armies of heaven, before whom peace is established in the heights. If even the moon and the stars are not pure in God's sight, he asks, how can a human being, a worm born of woman, be righteous?

1And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,
2Dominion and fear are with him; he maketh peace in his high places.
3Is there any number of his troops? and upon whom doth not his light arise?
4And how should man be just with God? Or how should he be clean that is born of a woman?
5Lo, even the moon is not bright; and the stars are not pure in his sight:
6How much less man, a worm, and the son of man, a worm!
